Prof. Kazuhiko Nakano received his DDS degree from the Osaka University School of Dentistry in Osaka, Japan, in 1996 and his PhD in Paediatric Dentistry from Osaka University in 2002. In 2014, he was appointed Professor and Chair of the Department of Paediatric Dentistry at the Osaka University Graduate School of Dentistry.
He currently serves as the Chair of International Affairs of the Japanese Society of Paediatric Dentistry. He has been elected Congress Chair for the 31st Congress of the International Association of Paediatric Dentistry to be held in Osaka, Japan, in June 2027.
